So, Urban Explorers of NYC, just how difficult is it to replicate the explorations in the video. I'm not looking to be confused with a terrorist on a recon mission (actually a common accusation of UE in NYC) In NYC urban explorers run the risk of serious consequences if caught be authorities.

The more research that I do however, the more concerned I become that this stuff might be a bit out of my league. Its been a dream of mine to access the Columbia steam tunnels and to scale at least one of the famous bridges (seems like Williamsburg is the most accessable). I'll be in NYC for the summer and want to do some exploration there. I've also done a bit of roof hunting in the buildings of my alma mater (Williams College) and some limited steam tunnel exploration. My limited experience lies in abandoned mills (around the Lowell, MA area), abandoned factories, and old train tunnels (ie Hoosaic Tunnel in North Adams, MA). Well I'm an avid, if somewhat underexperienced urban explorer myself. So does everyone remember that great NYC urban exploration video that was posted a while ago? I'm talking about the one in which Steve Duncan explored the subway tunnels under 42nd street, some old aqueducts, and the williamsburg bridge. >!insert spoiler here!< Other subreddits you might like: some
